CES is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join
our team as Project Support.
At CES, we carry out our work on a project basis and at any given time
our teams could be working on up to **Apply on the website** active
projects. Our work involves the delivery of high quality and timely
evidence informed projects relating to research, policy, systems and
practice, which promote better outcomes for people living across the
island of Ireland. The key objective of this role is to provide a
range of supports to our project teams to enable the delivery of
CES?s work.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
* Providing administrative support such as document management, event
management, budgeting and invoicing, meeting organisation, and
assisting with the formatting and production of reports, documents,
and presentations.
* Working with colleagues to ensure that facilities are managed and
maintained effectively and will assist in day-to-day organisational
administration duties.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
* A minimum of two years? experience of working in a responsible
project support/administration role within a busy project office
environment.
* Experience of preparing project documents including action logs,
presentations and reports, budget reports, time sheets and invoices.
* Self-motivated, effective team member with the ability to work on
their own initiative.
The position is offered on a full-time basis, for a contract duration
of two years. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive
